Q: Do I need to train the AI before it starts responding?  
A: No training is required to get started — Taylor is already configured to respond to cosmetic dentistry leads out of the box. That said, we do offer an optional AI Personalization upgrade if you'd like Taylor to match your office's exact tone, language, and preferences. Most practices start with our Smart Response template and scale from there.

Q: Can I customize Taylor to match my exact workflow or tone?  
A: Yes. If you'd like Taylor to mirror your team’s language, objection handling, or follow-up style, we offer a one-time AI Personalization service. You’ll fill out a quick intake form, and we’ll fine-tune Taylor’s responses to match your brand voice.

Q: Can Taylor answer our office phone and direct calls too?  
A: Yes. Our standard package includes outbound follow-up to new leads. If you’d like Taylor to also handle inbound phone calls — answering common questions, routing patients, or taking messages — you can upgrade to our Taylor+ add-on for $300/month.

A: Our base plan — which includes ads, AI follow-up, and booked consults — starts at $1,000/month. The optional Taylor+ inbound call assistant adds $300/month.

A: We specialize in high-ticket cosmetic procedures, but Taylor can also handle general consults, teeth whitening, smile design, and other services you want to grow.

Q: Can I pause or scale the service depending on my schedule?

A: Taylor engages leads through text (SMS), email, and phone. She can also integrate with your calendar, CRM, or website form to streamline the booking process.

Q: Is SmileLeadFlow HIPAA-compliant?  
A: Yes. All communications between Taylor and your leads are handled securely and meet HIPAA-compliant standards for protected health information.

Q: Do you run the ads for us, or do we need to handle that?  
A: Yes — we run the ads. We use AI to find high-intent patients searching for Invisalign, veneers, and cosmetic care based on income, urgency, and location. You don’t need to worry about campaign setup or targeting. Just show up for booked consults — Taylor handles the rest.
